William Lee Dyer, 88 of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday , September 7, 2019.
He was a lifelong resident of Orlando, born to Willie Dyer and Pauline (Dean) Dyer of Cordele, Ga. on September 26, 1930.
William retired as a Master Sergeant of the United States Air force after 24 years of dedicated service. He also retired a second time from the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at the Orlando International Airport after faithfully serving for more than 10 years. He was a loving father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
William is survived by his daughter, Paula L. Dyer brothers, Jerry Lee(Claudia) and Willie (Janie Mae) Dyer Jr.; and sister Ruby Helen (Dyer) Howard. 5 grandchildren and 2 great grand children; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Winter Oak Funeral Home and Cremations on
Friday September 27, 2019 at 10:00 am for a memorial service, committal to follow at the Florida National Cemetery Bushnell Florida at 1:30 pm
